Job Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, preferences and budget.

Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs and interior design proposals.

Conduct design meetings and present concepts, quotations and material options to clients.

Handle sales calls, follow up on leads and build strong client relationships.

Convert prospective clients into confirmed interior design projects.

Achieve monthly sales targets and meet business conversion goals.

Coordinate with the execution team for a smooth project handover.

Requirements

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and rendering software.

Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.

Good knowledge of interior materials, pricing and estimation.

- Ability to independently manage client meetings, close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
