About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

The role involves developing and maintaining secure IAM applications, configuring Keycloak, implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and access governance solutions, and providing L3 production support. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and security protocols, preferably within an investment banking or financial services environment.

About the Team The IAM team is part of the Information Systems & Risks (ISR) department and focuses on designing, developing, and supporting the bank's Identity & Access Management applications. The team delivers security capabilities across the organization, including authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Java and Spring Boot applications for IAM solutions.

- Configure and customize Keycloak, including realms, clients, identity brokering, custom SPIs/providers, theming, and federation.

- Implement and enhance Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, authorization, and identity federation using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

- Develop Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities, including access certification,



role-based access control (RBAC), and joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning workflows.

- Work with RBAC/ABAC models to support secure and appropriate user access.

- Provide L3 production support by troubleshooting application, configuration, and code-related issues.

- Debug existing IAM applications and improve their reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to follow design principles, coding standards, and security best practices.

- Identify and address technical vulnerabilities, application obsolescence, and performance issues.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, deployment guides, and release notes.

- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.

- Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development.

- Strong practical experience with Keycloak or an equivalent IAM platform,



including realm configuration, clients, identity brokering, custom providers, and clustering.

- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), including access certification, RBAC/ABAC, and JML provisioning.

- Strong understanding of security protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SSO.

- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience providing L3 support for live production applications.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, and REST API development.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and Sonar.

- Ability to develop and execute automated unit and integration tests.

- Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Brainwave.

- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and identity provisioning connectors.

- Exposure to Angular or React.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience working in investment banking, banking, or financial services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Senior IAM Developer with 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot, strong expertise in Keycloak or a similar IAM platform, and practical knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and IGA workflows. Candidates must have application development and production support experience, with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and enterprise security systems.
