About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as a Senior HR Advisor You will bring your real-world HR experience into our programs, guiding aspiring HR professionals through live workplace scenarios, practical assignments, and one-to-one advisory, so they are ready for the job from day one.

This is a flexible freelance engagement, ideal for HR professionals who want to share their expertise and shape the next generation of HR talent alongside their primary career.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead practical HR advisory sessions, in person and online
- Bring real-world HR examples, case studies, simulations, and activities into every session
- Guide learners across HR Operations, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance
- Advise on Indian HR policies, labour laws, Employee Relations, and HR Administration
- Set practical assignments and give clear, constructive feedback




- Provide ongoing advisory support and career guidance
- Build job-ready HR skills and workplace confidence in every learner

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on HR industry experience
- Strong working knowledge of Indian HR policies and labour laws
- Solid grounding in Generalist HR and HR Operations
- Practical knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and advisory skills
- Genuine passion for developing HR professionals
- Ability to share HR through real workplace experience, not just theory.

Positive to Have

- Prior experience in facilitation, mentoring, or leading workshops
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll tools and 'AI for HR'
- Comfort with online delivery platforms
