Dyna Tours India is looking for an experienced Senior Holiday Consultant to join its team in Kozhikode. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of domestic and international tour packages, itinerary planning, package costing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and package costing.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional travel assistance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Practical experience in package planning, costing, and sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage enquiries independently and close bookings.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Kozhikode office.
