Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR records.
- Ensure PF, ESI and labour law compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and engagement.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate HR administration.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance and payroll.
- Valuable communication and MS Excel skills.
