About HiWoxHiWox is building a next-generation personalized wellness intelligence platform and Healthcare Operating System (HOS). It integrates structured data across nine dimensions of wellness with explainable, evidence-backed algorithms to deliver personalized wellness recommendations, programs, and measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Officer to establish and manage on-ground operations in Bhubaneswar, coordinate healthcare and wellness professionals, and support the execution and validation of HiWox's early-stage operating model.

Key Roles &

• Responsibilities

1. Healthcare Operations Management: Establish operational workflows, SOPs, quality standards, and execution processes for HiWox's wellness programs and services.
2. Consultant & • Expert Coordination:

Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, fitness professionals, mental wellness experts, and other consultants to support participant assessments, personalized programs, and follow-ups.
3. HiWox Captain Operations: Coordinate onboarding, data collection, wellness assessments, evidence-based check-ins, participant engagement, and follow-up activities through HiWox Captains.
4. Partnership Development: Support on-ground engagement and operational relationships with gyms, small clinics, healthcare professionals, and other wellness partners across Bhubaneswar.
5. Program Execution & • Monitoring:

Track participant progress, program adherence, service quality, operational KPIs, and feedback to identify gaps and improve outcomes.
6. Product Testing & • Feedback:

Work with the product and technology teams to test workflows, identify operational challenges, document user feedback, and help improve the HiWox platform.
7. Team & • Process Coordination:





Coordinate daily activities, maintain operational records, support scheduling and reporting, and ensure consistent execution across stakeholders.
8. Growth & • Retention:

Help improve participant onboarding, engagement, retention, and partner satisfaction through structured follow-ups and efficient operational processes.

Ideal Candidate
- Background in healthcare management, hospital administration, public health, healthcare operations, wellness program management, or a related field.
- Strong coordination, communication, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with healthcare professionals, partners, and wellness program participants.
- Ability to build processes from the ground up and work in an early-stage startup setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation, operational reporting, and digital health platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and take ownership of day-to-day operations.

Equity-Based Engagement Terms
- This is an equity-based founding team opportunity, with no fixed salary at the current stage.
- Expected commitment: 20–25 hours per week, on-site in Bhubaneswar.
- Fixed compensation may be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation.
- Equity will be discussed based on expertise, contribution, responsibilities, and long-term commitment.
- Core founding team equity will be subject to a five-year vesting structure and mutually agreed terms.
- The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build HiWox's healthcare operations from the ground up and contribute directly to its early-stage growth.
