About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and strategic Senior Graphic & Visual Designer to lead, conceive, and execute high-impact static and motion design assets across brand, marketing, social, and digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling, producing engaging video content, maintaining brand consistency, and leveraging Generative AI visual and video tools to accelerate creative iteration, motion prototyping, and asset production.

This role requires a refined aesthetic eye, strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities, and the ability to integrate modern AI design and generative video platforms into everyday creative workflows.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Visual & Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and edit high-quality marketing collaterals, digital banners, social media graphics, motion graphics, short-form video ads, Reels/Shorts, and promotional video content.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Cut, assemble, color grade, audio sync, and add motion typography/effects to raw video footage, creating polished video assets tailored for various digital platforms.
- Brand Identity & Motion Systems: Design, evolve, and maintain brand identity guidelines, design systems, visual asset libraries, and motion style guides to ensure brand consistency across static and video touchpoints.
- Gen AI Visual & Video Integration: Actively leverage Generative AI design and video tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill,



Runway) for rapid motion generation, background expansion, camera movement creation, asset variation, and cutting-edge visual FX workflows.
- Quality Assurance & Media Hygiene: Perform detailed review and quality control on final design and video files, ensuring render settings, aspect ratios, color spaces, audio leveling, and export compression meet industry production standards.
- Documentation & Design Standards: Maintain clear, structured documentation for design guidelines, video production templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and asset management logic.
- Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Translate creative concepts, storyboard ideas, and video direction into clear written and spoken English presentations, providing internal teams with precise creative rationale.
- Company Representation: Utilize your personal LinkedIn profile to support organization branding and represent the company's creative and video production voice.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Film Production, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience in a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Motion/Video Designer role (Portfolio and Video Showreel required).
- English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills with the ability to explain creative decisions, pitch storyboards,



and articulate visual concepts clearly.
- Generative AI Video & Visual Tools: Hands-on experience using Gen AI visual and video platforms - specifically including platforms like Higgsfield, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, and Adobe Firefly - to speed up concepting, generate AI camera movements, create motion clips, and streamline asset workflows.
- Design & Video Editing Suites: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma/Canva), including timeline editing, keyframe animation, green screen removal, sound design integration, and prepress/digital output standards.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Robust eye for composition, typography, color grading, storyboarding, pacing, visual hierarchy, and cross-platform video formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
- Adaptability & Ownership: Ability to handle multiple design and video deliverables independently, adapt to changing campaign priorities, and maintain tight deadline turnarounds.
