Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mohali district, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves leading the design process for brand identities, social media campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring that each visual asset reflects the brand’s unique story and positioning.

Designer will create and refine graphics, logos, typography systems, and layouts for digital and print, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and content teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concept-driven designs, maintaining brand consistency across platforms,



preparing production-ready files, and providing art direction and feedback to junior designers. The role also requires staying current with design trends and tools to continuously enhance the quality and impact of visual communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality visual work.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Logo Design and Branding, including creating cohesive brand identities and visual systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply type to enhance readability, hierarchy, and brand personality.
- Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) and experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and provide constructive design feedback.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an agency or brand-focused setting is highly beneficial.
