We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior HR Executive who can independently manage HR operations, strengthen employee discipline, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department and branch managers.
- Ensure timely hiring for sales, service, spare parts, and administrative departments.

2. HR Operations & Payroll

- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs through Keka HRMS.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR reports.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, professional tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.

3. Employee Relations & Discipline

- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all branches.

4. Performance Management

- Coordinate employee performance appraisals, KRAs, and KPIs.
- Track employee productivity, probation reviews,



and performance improvement plans.
- Support management in developing a performance-driven work culture.

5. Training & Employee Development

- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Organize induction, skill development, and employee engagement activities.
- Support employee retention and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in automobile dealerships, manufacturing, retail, or multi-branch organizations.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka is preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple branches.
