Role Description The Senior Executive role at Hinduja Renewables is a full-time, on-site position based in Patan.

The Senior

Executive will oversee day-to-day operations of solar power plant assets, including monitoring performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role will involve preparing operational reports, analyzing data to identify performance improvements, and supporting the implementation of advanced tools and technologies for plant optimization.

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and efficient plant operations. The position also includes supporting documentation, compliance, and internal communication to aid decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust operational management and coordination skills, with experience in overseeing plant or site activities in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of solar power plant operations, performance monitoring, and basic understanding of asset management and data-driven decision-making.
- Competence in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital platforms for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Ability to interpret technical reports, understand regulatory and safety requirements, and support compliance with industry standards.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and local partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline; relevant experience in solar or power sector operations is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Patan and travel to plant locations as required; familiarity with Indian renewable energy market and regulations is an advantage.
