Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts

Company: Pharmaceutical Company - Global Exposure | Experience: 3–6 Years |Location : Thane West | 5 Day Week

Key Responsibilities

- Tax Compliances: End-to-end GST filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation) and TDS working, deposits, & filings.
- Accounts Payable & Banking: Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, banking transactions, wire transfers, and official bank communications.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports from sales, purchase, and expense data alongside financial datasheets.
- Audit Support: Assist internal & external auditors with schedules, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- International Accounting: Utilize working knowledge of Export-Import concepts for recording cross-border transactions (documentation preparation done separately).




- ERP & General Ledger: Maintain daily vouchers and accounting ledgers on ERP.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA/CMA.
- Technical: Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) & ERP experience (FOCUS ERP preferred).
- Domain: Robust hold on GST, TDS, AP, banking workflows, and Exim concepts.
- Soft Skills: Good English communication (written & verbal) for bank and vendor coordination; self-driven & efficient.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
