Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in Java open source technologies, AWS cloud services, and AI applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional team and customer management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution while maintaining a focus on quality and timelines.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge in Java open source, AWS cloud, and AI to guide project teams and make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team,



encouraging innovation and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong technical expertise in Java open source technologies.

Qualifications
