Job Role - Senior Engineer - Electrical

Work Mode - Onsite

Working Days- This is 5 days work from office role

Must Have's - MEP Civil Works Electrical System High Rise Residential ProjectsTesting Parameters Construction Projects Roles & Responsibilities

- Extensive experience in electrical MEP execution for high-rise residential buildings, with sound knowledge of complete residential electrical systems.
- Manage large contractor teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Review electrical drawings, identify design discrepancies, and resolve site-related technical issues independently.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, applicable IS codes, NBC provisions, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Raise, monitor, and close NCNs,



ensuring compliance with quality standards and corrective actions.
- Manage inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and monitor quality parameters of MEP and associated civil works.
- Ensure project planning, timely execution, quality control, and coordination with other services.
- Must have handled at least two projects from concept/design coordination to completion and handover.

Required Skills

- Robust technical knowledge of electrical systems in residential high-rise projects.
- Excellent team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take independent decisions and ensure quality and timely project delivery.
