About Triverra Holdings

Triverra Holdings is a venture studio focused on building next-generation businesses in robotics, artificial intelligence, and deep technology. The company is developing multiple robotics ventures, with a focus on solving real-world industry challenges through innovative technology and scalable business models.

As the holding company builds and scales its portfolio, capital formation and strategic investor partnerships will play a critical role in supporting its growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director – Capital Raising to lead equity fundraising initiatives for Triverra Holdings and its portfolio ventures.

This role is ideal for a fundraising professional with a strong network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), family offices, and other equity investors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently driving investor outreach, developing strategic relationships, and closing fundraising commitments. The role will initially be an individual contributor position, with opportunities to build and lead a fundraising team as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead equity fundraising initiatives for Triverra Holdings and its portfolio companies.
- Leverage an established network of HNIs, UHNIs, multi-family offices, business promoters, and strategic investors.
- Independently source and engage potential investors to generate fundraising opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with family offices, investment bankers, investment advisors, CXOs, and CFOs.
- Manage the fundraising process from initial outreach and investor discussions to negotiations and closure.

- Develop fundraising strategies aligned with the company's capital requirements and growth plans.
- Coordinate with internal leadership and external partners to structure and execute fundraising initiatives.
- Support the development of a long-term Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform.
- Build and lead a dedicated fundraising team as the organisation scales.

- Solid existing relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and other equity investors.
- Experience engaging multi-family offices, investment bankers, wealth managers, investment advisors, and senior corporate executives.
- Strong business development, negotiation, investor relationship management, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage fundraising mandates and deliver against capital-raising targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

An MBA or a degree from a reputed management institute, including an IIM, would be an advantage. Important: Candidates must have direct, demonstrable equity fundraising experience. Debt fundraising experience alone will not be considered. Institutional fundraising experience without personal investor sourcing or transaction-closing responsibility will not meet the core requirement.

Fundraising Mandate The Selected Candidate Will Initially Focus On

- Building investor relationships to support future fundraising requirements.
- Contributing to the development of a $100 million AIF corpus over the longer term.
