Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Content & Creative Lead who is a hands-on maker, a sharp storyteller, and obsessed with what makes people stop scrolling and install. You will own the creative and content engine across our portfolio of eight apps: shaping each app's voice, producing video (including AI-generated video) yourself, and building creatives that perform in paid channels. This is a high-visibility, player-coach role for someone who can set the content strategy and also open the editing timeline.

You will partner closely with Growth, Performance Marketing, Product, and Design teams, and your work will be seen by millions of people every day

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

■ Build and own the content strategy for each app, with a distinct voice and audience for each (for example, playful and social for Dosti and MastiPro, warm and devotional for Prabhuji, sharp and insight-led for CricSignal)

■ Plan content calendars around festivals, cricket tournaments and match days, creator moments, and trends

■ Define content pillars, formats, and hooks across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, WhatsApp, and in-app surfaces

■ Build a repeatable system for turning one idea into many formats and languages

Video & AI Creative Production

■ Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos, explainers, product demos, and social-first content

■ Create video at speed and scale using AI tools (such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or Midjourney) and document the workflows so the team can reuse them

■ Produce localised content in Hindi and regional languages

■ Keep testing new AI creative tools and fold the best ones into our production pipeline

Performance Creative

■ Own the ad creative pipeline for Meta, Google (UAC), and YouTube: concepts, hooks, variations, and quick iteration

■ Work with the Performance Marketing team to read CTR, CVR, CPI, hook and hold rate,



and ROAS, and turn those insights into the next round of creatives

■ Run structured creative tests (hook, angle, format, CTA) and maintain a library of what works

■ Spot creative fatigue early and keep a steady pipeline of fresh creatives

Team, Brand & Stakeholders

■ Lead, mentor, and set quality standards for designers, video editors, writers, and freelancers or agencies

■ Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and a reusable creative asset library across apps

■ Present creative strategy, test results, and learnings to the Co-Founder and leadership

■ Make sure creatives follow platform and advertising policies (for example, CricSignal is an information and entertainment app, not betting or fantasy)

What We're Looking For Must-Have Nice-to-Have ■ 6+ years of experience in content, creative, or brand roles, ideally in consumer apps, gaming, media, or D2C ■ Strong hands-on video skills: scripting, shooting, and editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) ■ Proven experience creating video with AI tools, backed by a portfolio showing outputs and workflow ■ Solid content strategy experience: audience insight, platform-native storytelling, and calendar planning ■ Foundation in performance marketing: funnels, CPI/CAC, creative testing, and creative fatigue, with ads you have made judged on results ■ Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent writing and visual taste ■ High ownership mindset, and the ability to move fast and ship ■ Regional language skills (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, etc.) ■ Experience with app install marketing (Meta app campaigns, Google UAC, Play Store creatives) ■ Prior work in social entertainment, gaming, devotional, sports, or creator economy content ■ Design skills in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva ■ Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C stage) ■ Experience building or leading a small creative team
