Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Celonis Senior Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Process Mining, data modelling, PQL, and enterprise system integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Celonis solutions to drive process transparency, operational efficiency, and continuous business improvement.

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills to lead Celonis initiatives and ensure successful delivery across business units. Experience with Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), SAP integration, and process automation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Celonis data models, applications, dashboards, and automations to deliver actionable business insights.
- Implement and maintain Process Mining solutions using the Celonis platform.
- Develop and optimize data models and queries using Process Query Language (PQL).
- Integrate Celonis with enterprise systems, including SAP and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Implement Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) data models and migrate existing Case-Centric Process Mining (CCPM) models to OCPM.
- Develop process improvement and automation solutions using Celonis Automation Builder and available AI capabilities.
- Monitor and support Celonis applications and data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data availability and reliability.
- Establish data quality, validation,



and governance processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, requirement workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Coordinate with IT, data engineering teams, and business process owners to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans for Celonis initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and business process documentation.
- Provide knowledge transfer, technical guidance, and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in Celonis implementation and development projects.
- Strong expertise in Process Mining using the Celonis platform.
- Deep understanding of data modelling concepts and PQL (Process Query Language).
- Hands-on experience with Celonis applications, dashboards, and data integration.
- Experience with Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) and migration from CCPM to OCPM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, scripting,



or automation.
- Experience in developing process optimization solutions and working with Celonis automation capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of data quality, data governance, and data pipeline management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Project Management and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to act as a technical lead for Celonis implementation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience conducting requirement-gathering workshops and engineering sessions.
- Ability to identify project risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- Strong documentation, planning, and knowledge-sharing skills.

Good to Have
- Basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities and their application in process optimization.
- Experience integrating Celonis with SAP ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven process intelligence and advanced automation use cases.
- Experience mentoring team members and driving technical best practices.
