Senior CMT Executive - UK/EU

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive contract management strategies to ensure optimal contract performance and compliance across the UK/EU region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of contract-related issues.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and productivity.
- Provide expert guidance and support to contract managers, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex contract negotiations and disputes.
- Conduct regular contract performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on CMT (Contract Management Technology) and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of delivering contract management solutions that drive business growth, cost savings, and risk reduction.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex contract-related issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience with contract management best practices, including contract review, approval, and execution processes.
