Planning & Design: Review and approve technical plans, blueprints, and feasibility studies using design software like AutoCAD. Budget & Resource Management: Estimate project costs, allocate labor and materials, and prevent costly overruns Safety & Compliance: Enforce local and national health, safety, and building codes (such as OSHA standards).
Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, coordinate tasks, and act as the primary contact for clients and contractors Soft Skills: Solid leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
