Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves leading and overseeing civil engineering design for industrial, commercial, and residential projects, including structural layouts, infrastructure planning, and site development.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will review drawings and specifications, coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring project schedules, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues,



and optimizing resources to maintain timelines and budgets. The role also requires mentoring junior engineers, preparing technical reports, and supporting tender documentation and client presentations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess practical experience working as Civil Engineers on Residential and Commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in project Planning, scheduling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a senior or lead civil engineering role, preferably in building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar) and familiarity with Indian standards and building codes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers is highly beneficial.
