Local to Delhi-NCR and Immediate Joiners

Position: Business Manager B2B

Location: Recent Delhi (On-site)

Experience: 5–8 Years

What you’ll do:

Manage relationships with B2B and corporate clients and key stakeholders

Coordinate with Key Account Managers, track updates and ensure timely execution

Oversee backend operations, business processes and client deliverables

Analyse business data, prepare MIS reports and work extensively in Excel/Google Sheets

Spot operational gaps and suggest initiatives for improvement

Lead teams to keep business operations running smoothly

Handle client meetings, escalations and business discussions

Own assigned projects end to end and drive them to closure

Travel for client meetings and business needs when required

What we’re looking for:

Strong B2B business management experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Solid client relationship and team management abilities

Good command of Excel/MIS and data analysis

Strong understanding of business operations and processes

Proactive, confident, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to take ownership and work independently

Willingness to travel
