Sr. Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong TypeScript and NestJS experience to join our product team. You will build and maintain the backend services and web interfaces of our multi-tenant HR

Management System, taking features from database design through API to UI. The ideal candidate is a self-

learner with excellent communication skills, who works independently, takes ownership, and cares about building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Build responsive, maintainable web interfaces using Next.js or Angular.
- Design database schemas and write optimized queries on MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC) across a multi-tenant system.
- Work with the frontend and mobile teams to define API contracts and ship features end to end.
- Manage AWS services (S3, SQS) and Docker-based deployments.
- Integrate third-party services such as Firebase, Razorpay, and email providers.
- Write unit and integration tests (Jest) to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues to maintain system reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Write clean, well-documented, production-ready code.
- Stay current with industry trends and bring in better practices where they fit.

Required Skills
- 3.5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js,



and NestJS (modules, providers, guards, interceptors, DTO

validation).
- Production experience with Next.js or Angular (or both).
- Strong experience with relational databases, both MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design,

indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with an ORM such as TypeORM, Sequelize, or Prisma.
- Hands-on experience with JWT authentication, OAuth, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Solid understanding of REST API design and component-driven UI development.
- Working knowledge of AWS (S3, SQS) and Docker.
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and API gateways.
- Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Frontend and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright).
- Razorpay and Firebase (FCM, Auth) integration experience.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, or attendance domains.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices.
