The Barista is responsible for the preparation and service of coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and execution. The role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, equipment handling, hygiene standards, and efficient coordination with the wider café team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and preparation.

- Operate, maintain, and handle coffee equipment responsibly.

- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across the beverage preparation area.

- Monitor inventory, manage ingredient usage, and communicate replenishment requirements.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

- Adhere to food safety procedures and established operational protocols.

- Contribute to a positive guest experience through professionalism and product knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop,



or hospitality environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and milk steaming is desirable.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

- Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

- Professional conduct, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Additional Expectations — Senior Barista

- Independently oversee beverage preparation and daily counter operations.

- Maintain established beverage quality and consistency standards.

- Support the training and development of junior team members.

- Assist with inventory control, equipment upkeep, and operational efficiency.

- Identify and address operational issues within the scope of the role.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
