Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate - Architecture to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design and project delivery, particularly in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong understanding of design development, architectural documentation, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design development and project delivery across various stages.
- Review architectural drawings, working drawings, detailing, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of project milestones.




- Oversee architectural deliverables and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Participate in client meetings and consultant coordination.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in architectural design consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Valuable understanding of architectural design development, working drawings, and detailing.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong communication, team leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and work within agreed timelines.
