Position: Senior Associate– Corporate Commercial

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Commercial practice. The role involves independently handling the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts for domestic and international clients. You will work closely with partners and clients, and supervise junior associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as MSA, SLA, SaaS and Technology Agreements, Customer and Vendor Agreements, MoUs, Data Processing Agreements, Tender and Procurement related Agreements etc.
- Support M&A; and PE/VC transactions including conducting due diligence, draft,



review and negotiate transaction documents such as Term Sheets, SHAs, SPAs, SSAs etc.
- Draft legal notices, opinions, and client advisories.

Key Requirements:

- LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
- Minimum 3 years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
- Robust legal drafting, analytical and research skills, with the ability to independently review agreements and identify contractual risks.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision.
