Role Description: The Senior Architect will play a key role in leading architectural design for smart homes, guiding projects from concept through completion in alignment with MyScaai Bharat’s standards and client expectations.

This full time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and software development teams to integrate smart automation and technology into residential designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and providing technical oversight during construction.





The Senior Architect will coordinate with project management to maintain fixed timelines and budgets, participate in design reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to improving design processes and integration frameworks. The role also requires periodic travel to project locations to supervise implementation and ensure design quality.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a track record of leading residential or smart home projects.
- Experience in Software Development and Integration related to smart home technologies, building automation, or connected devices.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to residential construction in India.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused workplace.
