Vendor Rate: 8375.00 – 10600.00 /Day

- Investigate API failures, data-feed disruptions and workflow errors across in-scope applications.

- Lead service restoration and remediation planning.

- Coordinate infrastructure, engineering and vendor support teams.

- Perform cross-system data reconciliation and consistency validation.

- Guide L1 teams on playbooks, diagnostics and escalation quality.

- Document major activities, known errors, recovery procedures and corrective actions.

- Support changes and validate application health after implementation.

- Follow incident, problem, change and escalation processes,



including accurate ticket updates and shift handoffs.

- Work within approved runbooks, playbooks, MOPs and service-level commitments.

- Maintain explicit operational documentation and collaborate with cross-functional engineering, field and vendor teams.
