Role Description The Senior Analyst – SAP S/4 HANA EAM is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to meet business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing current asset management processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications, and performing system configuration and testing.

The role involves coordinating integration with related SAP modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing user training, documentation,



and post-implementation support.

The Senior

Analyst will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that SAP EAM solutions align with organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, interpret data, and propose effective SAP S/4 HANA EAM solutions.
- In-depth understanding of business processes related to asset management and maintenance, with experience mapping these processes to SAP.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and conducting user training.
- Experience with system integration, including coordination between SAP EAM and related modules or external applications.
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO and its interactions with EAM for cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA EAM configuration, testing, and support in an enterprise environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in IT services or enterprise solutions organizations is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies.
