About the Role

Zipped Hospitality is looking for a Senior Analyst to support hospitality feasibility, market research and business development initiatives. The role involves analytical execution, client engagement and contributing to the firm's growth, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospitality Feasibility & Market Research

- Execute feasibility studies for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, branded residences and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct market assessments, demand-supply analysis, competitor benchmarking and highest-and-best-use studies.
- Develop financial projections, investment appraisals, business plans and project viability assessments.
- Analyse market trends and contribute to strategic recommendations for clients.

1. Business Development & Client Relations

- Identify business opportunities and build relationships with developers,



investors, hotel owners and other hospitality stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial offers and client-facing materials.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events and business development initiatives.
- Contribute to revenue generation and the growth of Zipped Hospitality.

1. Research, Knowledge Management & Corporate Development

- Develop hospitality market reports, industry insights and thought leadership content.
- Maintain research databases and knowledge repositories.
- Support the development of new service offerings, research tools and consulting products.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality feasibility, hotel consulting, market research or a related field.
- Solid analytical, financial modelling, research and report-writing skills.
- Good understanding of hospitality markets, business models and investment fundamentals.
- Strong communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail.
