We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to join our team and lead the charge in bringing complex multi-agent architectures to life.

What You Will Do

- End-to-End Delivery: Design, build, and ship robust multi-agent systems from the initial client brief straight through to production using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar.
- Knowledge Architecture: Architect and construct scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)



pipelines and rich knowledge bases utilizing modern vector databases.
- System Integration: Connect intelligent agents to enterprise ecosystems—including CRMs, ad platforms, and complex APIs—leveraging advanced tool calling and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Quality & Observability: Set up rigorous guardrails, continuous evaluations, and robust observability pipelines using platforms like Langfuse, LangSmith, or equivalent.
- Leadership: Lead by example through comprehensive code and prompt reviews, and actively mentor junior developers to elevate the team's capabilities.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of skilled experience in software engineering and AI development.
- Core Stack: Strong, production-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- AI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience working directly with modern LLM APIs.
- Track Record: You must have successfully shipped at least one AI agent to real users in a production environment
