Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based at the Bengaluru campus. This role involves guiding prospective students through the entire admissions lifecycle, including inquiry handling, counseling, application support, and follow-up.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions, participate in information sessions, webinars, and campus events, and provide explicit guidance on program structures, eligibility, and career pathways. The role includes managing leads, coordinating with marketing and academic teams, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, and achieving enrollment targets through ethical and student-centered practices. The counselor will also contribute to outreach initiatives, school and college visits, and relationship-building with educational partners to strengthen the admissions pipeline.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel prospective students and interact with families and stakeholders.




- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, accurate, and supportive guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, convert inquiries to applications, and meet enrollment targets in a professional and ethical manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience to explain programs, curricula, and career outcomes in business and management fields.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business, education, counseling, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales, preferably in higher education or business schools.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data tracking for admissions reporting and follow-up.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
