Role Description The Senior Accountant role at Dityaa Infra is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger postings, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.

The Senior

Accountant will oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and cost analysis for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accurate tracking of project-wise expenses and revenues. The role includes handling statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings, coordinating with auditors and consultants, and supporting management with financial planning and reporting.

Accountant will also implement and improve accounting processes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and reliable financial information.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in budgeting,



forecasting, cash flow management, and cost analysis, preferably with exposure to project-based accounting in real estate or construction.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and familiarity with RERA-related financial documentation.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software, advanced MS Excel skills, and the ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and support leadership decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA/CA Inter/CMA are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role, ideally within real estate, infrastructure, or a project-driven industry.
