Role Description The Senior Account Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned clients, including developing communication strategies, campaigns and other content, and coordinating with clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves maintaining robust client relationships, preparing and delivering campaign updates, and supporting crisis communication as needed.

Executive will monitor brand coverage, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to new business proposals and presentations. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, organizing events and briefings, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.





Qualifications

- Strong social media and communication skills, including experience in writing, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in account management, client servicing, and project coordination within an agency or communications environment.
- Ability to develop and execute Digital strategies, including campaign planning, brand communication, and issues management.
- Solid research, analytical, and reporting skills to track campaign coverage, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Relevant experience (typically 3–5 years) in Social Media, Communications, or related fields; prior exposure to financial or corporate communications is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline is an advantage.
