Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the accounting and financial services domain. This position includes overseeing client accounts, understanding their bookkeeping, tax, and audit support needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

Executive will identify opportunities to expand services, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to close new business. Daily responsibilities include tracking account performance, resolving client issues, preparing reports and forecasts,



and collaborating with operations to maintain high service quality. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and representing the organization in client meetings and qualified forums.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including account planning, retention, and growth.
- Experience in sales or business development within accounting, financial services, or BPO/back-office solutions.
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, tax preparation, and audit processes to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial services clearly.
- Ability to work with data, prepare performance reports, and use CRM or similar tools to manage pipelines and accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications (such as MBA or professional accounting certifications) are an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on integrity, professionalism, and delivering consistent client satisfaction.
