We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with solid Agile delivery expertise and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive Agile practices and ensure timely sprint delivery.
- Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
- Support Agile teams working on AI-driven solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and team accountability.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience with Generative AI, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
