Responsibilities
- Pen short and long-form scripts for YouTube and social platforms
- Research topics and simplify complex information, keeping facts accurate
- Develop hooks, titles and series concepts
- Outline live sessions
- Prepare decks for pitches and approvals
- Coordinate with the director, editors and designers through production
- Track retention, views and conversions; apply the learnings
Requirements
- 2–5 years in digital media, advertising or branded storytelling
- Portfolio of published pieces
- Sharp instinct for hooks and pacing
- Open to feedback and group brainstorming
- Willing to work in office
Nice to Have
- Ed-tech or explainer experience
- Meta ad and SEO skills
- Live-session or series formats
- AI-assisted research with careful fact-checking
- Experience mentoring freelancers
