Strategic Fundraising Consultant / Advisor | Part-Time Consulting Engagement

We are looking for a senior strategic fundraising consultant/advisor to work with the promoters of two DPIIT-registered, bootstrapped startups operating across AI, Pharma, Life Sciences, Drug Discovery and EdTech .

This is a consulting/advisory association and not Full-time role, nor any Retainer Fee shall be payable. Payable is only through Success Fee as per Mutual Consent

What We Expect From the Consultant

• Develop a Strategy and execute a structured fundraising preferably via Grants

• Identify and shortlist relevant Family Funds, Investors, Grants and fund raising opportunities

• Leverage relevant networks to facilitate investor, grant-maker and strategic introductions

• Advise on valuation, funding structures, term sheets and fundraising strategy

• Review and strengthen Pitch decks, financials and investor-facing materials

• Support Investor meetings, Grant applications, Negotiations and follow-ups

• Build and manage a Structured fundraising pipeline

• Provide regular updates on outreach, opportunities and progress

• Act as a hands-on strategic partner throughout the fundraising journey

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years in startup fundraising Via Grants, Investments or strategic advisory





• Proven and verifiable fundraising/grant track record

• Robust understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem

• Experience & Connections with Government of India / State Government grants & schemes preferred

• Strong network across Angels, VCs, Family Offices, Corporates & Grant Institutions

• Experience in DeepTech, AI, Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech or EdTech preferred

• Strong understanding of valuation, investment structures, term sheets and fundraising processes

· Preference shall be given to those who has Success stories
