Role & responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Vistex processes.

- Configure and implement SAP Vistex solutions for:

- Rebates & Incentive Administration

- Chargeback Management

- Billbacks

- Royalties & Licensing

- Pricing Management

- Sales Commissions

- Claims & Settlement Processing

- Perform functional configuration and customization within SAP Vistex modules.

- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.

- Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments.

- Design and support integration between SAP Vistex and SAP ECC/S4HANA.

- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and provide optimized business solutions.

- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
