Role Description This is a full-time, on-site School Relations Executive role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The School Relations

Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with schools and colleges, serving as the primary point of contact for administrators, faculty, and placement cells. Daily responsibilities include meeting institutional partners, presenting FACE Prep programs, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable training and placement solutions. The role involves coordinating seminars, workshops,



and bootcamps, managing event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of student-focused initiatives.

The School Relations

Executive will also collect feedback, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and achieve enrollment and engagement targets.

Qualifications

- Solid relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and academic leadership.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, and campus activities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with data gathering, reporting, and basic analysis to track outreach and outcomes.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English; proficiency in relevant regional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in educational sales, campus outreach, training, or placement coordination is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or related fields is a plus.
