- Should have SuccessFactors Project delivery Experience following Scrum practices
- Certification in SuccessFactors and/or SCRUM methodologies with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Robust analytical and facilitation skills.
- Experience in Agile frameworks and business requirement gathering.
- Running delivery following Scrum practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Manage and refine the product backlog.
- Define clear SuccessFactors Recruitment business requirements and user stories.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure the team stays on track.
