Location: Plant / Coal Washery Site (e.g., Sundargarh, Odisha)
- SAP Transactions & Material Management (MM / SD):
- Execute daily SAP entries including Goods Receipts (MIGO) for incoming raw coal rakes/trucks and Goods Issues (GI) for processing lines.
- Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and Billing Documents (SD module) for outgoing coal dispatches.
- Interface weighbridge gross/tare weight data accurately into the SAP software setting.
- Inventory & Stock Reconciliation:
- Track and update stock positions of raw coal, washed coal, and middlings/rejects within the SAP database.
- Conduct daily and monthly stock reconciliations between physical yard measurements and ERP inventory ledgers.
- Logistics & Compliance Documentation:
- Verify and map transport details, transporter codes, and freight information against system records.
- Cross-verify statutory documents like E-Way Bills, Lorry Receipts (LR), and Gate Passes with SAP invoice generated files.
- Reporting & Audit Support:
- Generate Daily Production Reports (DPR), Daily Dispatch Reports (DDR), and material movement analytics from SAP for plant management.
- Assist internal and external auditors by extracting complete electronic audit trails and transaction histories.
