Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to clients.

- Implement, configure, and maintain EC modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Attendance, Talent Suite, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goal Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Perks Administration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

- Troubleshoot issues related to EC implementation and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computers or relevant field; B.Tech preferred.

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors products including Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Attendance etc. .

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
