Role Description The SAP EWM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for Hypersoft’s clients. This full time hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing warehousing and supply chain processes, gathering business requirements, mapping them to SAP EWM functionalities, and developing robust functional designs.

The consultant will perform system configuration, master data setup,



integration with related SAP modules, testing, and documentation, as well as supporting cutover and post-go-live stabilization. The role also involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, conducting workshops, providing end-user training, troubleshooting issues, and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex warehouse operations, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP EWM solutions.
- Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution presentation in client-facing environments.
- Solid understanding of business processes related to warehousing, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and supply chain execution.
- Experience with master data concepts and configuration in SAP (e.g., material master, storage bins, handling units, warehouse structures).
- Knowledge of integration between SAP EWM and other modules or systems (such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, TM, or third-party logistics solutions).
- Hands-on experience as an SAP EWM functional consultant, including configuration, testing, and support in implementation or upgrade projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams, communicate clearly in English, and document functional specifications and user guides.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; SAP EWM certifications are an advantage.
