- 6-9 years of IT experience with strong expertise in

SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)

- Hands-on experience in

SAP SuccessFactors integrations

.

- Experience with

SAP Event Mesh implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware concepts.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP Integration implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support integrations using SAP CPI.

- Build and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/SAP non-SAP applications.

- Design event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh.

- Develop iFlows, value mappings, message mappings, Groovy scripts, and APIs.

- Configure and monitor Event Mesh queues, topics, and subscriptions.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements.





- Support testing, deployment, and production releases.

- Prepare technical documentation and integration design specifications.

Required Skills

- SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.

- SAP SuccessFactors integrations (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.).

- SAP Event Mesh.

- REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON.

- API Management and Integration Monitoring.

- Groovy scripting and message transformations.

- Integration security including OAuth, SAML, and certificates.

- Solid debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP BTP experience.

- SAP API Management.

- Integration with S/4HANA.

- CI/CD and DevOps exposure.

- SAP CPI or Integration Suite Certification.
