Role Description This is a full-time SAP EPPDS Consultant role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, allowing partial work from home. The consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP EPPDS solutions, focusing on advanced planning, scheduling, and optimization for client operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, designing EPPDS solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role involves creating functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, conducting unit and integration testing,



and supporting user training and go-live activities. The consultant will also provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve planning accuracy and system performance.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex planning scenarios, identify process gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Consulting skills with experience engaging stakeholders, leading workshops, and translating business needs into SAP EPPDS configurations.
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or related domains, with ability to map them to SAP EPPDS functionality.
- Experience managing and maintaining master data relevant to planning and scheduling, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP EPPDS and other SAP modules (such as PP/DS, APO, S/4HANA) or external systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation or support projects, preferably in planning and scheduling environments.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with ability to collaborate in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; SAP certifications in planning or EPPDS are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, manage priorities independently, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
