- Solid hands-on experience in SAP BRIM – Convergent Mediation (CM).
- Experience in mediation flows, data processing, and chargeable item creation.
- Integration experience with Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and billing integration.
Secondary Skills
- Experience in production support and incident resolution.
- Handling service requests and change requests.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or support projects is preferred.
