Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, sales, and customer service skills, along with experience in managing salon operations and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Salon Operations: Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning of all services.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and front-desk executives.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experiences, handle complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue: Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly sales targets, and promote salon services, packages, and memberships.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage employee attendance, duty rosters, leave schedules, and staff productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of salon products and equipment and ensure timely replenishment.
- Quality and Hygiene: Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, safety standards, and service quality.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, customer feedback, staff productivity,



and operational expenses.
- Training and Development: Ensure staff are trained on service standards, customer handling, and new treatments.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; a relevant beauty or salon management qualification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in salon management or beauty and wellness operations.
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Good understanding of salon services, products, and customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing or salon management software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
