We are looking for a Sample Incharge to manage garment sampling from design development to final approval.
Responsibilities
- Plan sampling work and ensure samples are completed on time.
- Coordinate with pattern masters, cutting, stitching and finishing teams.
- Arrange fabric, trims and accessories for sampling.
- Check measurements, fit, workmanship and quality against buyer requirements.
- Track sample status, follow up on corrections and maintain approval records.
- Coordinate with the production team for handover of approved samples.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in garment sampling.
- Valuable knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
