Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Raipur. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their interior design needs, and present tailored solutions and product options. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining design packages, materials, and pricing; preparing and following up on quotations; and guiding customers through the decision-making and purchase process.

The role also involves maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, coordinating with the design and installation teams,



and achieving individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson will be expected to keep product knowledge up to date and represent Makemyspace professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on listening and understanding client needs.
- Basic knowledge or interest in interior design, home décor, and current design trends.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, both verbal and written.
- Comfort using digital tools for quotations, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in retail, interiors, real estate, or related sales roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
