Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for Salesforce-related and technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities include defining project plans, managing timelines and milestones, tracking progress, and resolving risks and issues that could impact delivery. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

The Project





Manager will also coordinate expediting and logistics activities as needed, support inspection and quality checks, and ensure adherence to internal processes and industry standards. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills on Salesforce Technology, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Should have managed Salesforce Projects for both Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud along with Industry Clouds.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to accelerate project workflows and ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to validate deliverables, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources, materials, and dependencies across multiple teams or locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing technology or Salesforce-related projects is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
