Position Title: Salesforce Development Engineer

Position details

Role Summary: Develop and integrate all application requirements into Architecture design, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs. Develop flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Salesforce to meet the dynamic needs of various projects on Salesforce platforms. Provide technical expertise in terms of application development, mentoring junior developers, making smart technology decisions, etc.

Develop creative architecture and coding solutions to help the business. Designs and develops reusable code using the Salesforce platform. Deliver projects that adhere to continuous delivery practices with automated unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing pipelines.

Identifies and documents data and application integration requirements. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Skills &

Competencies: Proficiency in development including custom objects, workflows, triggers and process flows. Proficiency in development environment including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services.

Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Could, Marketing Cloud, Financial Cloud,



Experience Cloud and Chatter. Expert in architecture, design and development. (Salesforce Web Services, Salesforce security model) Experience with an agile delivery approach and best practices to software development. Demonstrated robust analytical skills and technical expertise.

Experience with Lightning UI conversions. Demonstrated ability utilizing out of the box Salesforce capabilities instead of programmatic changes when applicable.

Experience in integrating and with relational databases, 3rd party platforms, and partner applications.

Experience leading development efforts and participation in systems implementation as member of a cross functional team.

Experience with leading and mentoring junior developers.

Experience with automated testing and deployment automation practices and tools.

Experience in Continuous Integration and delivery process (CI/CD). Strong object-oriented development skills.
